During the Election day on May 27th, Centre for Monitoring and Research CeMI, processed data related to citizens’ turnout during election day, voting trends, projections of results after the closure of polling stations will be announcing to the public through:

During the election day, at PR Centre will bi held six regular press conferences, where CeMI will publish informations on voters turnout, possible irregularities, comparative analysis with previous elections turnout, and in the end of the election day- preliminary results.

At press conferences where turnout will be communicated, on behalf of CeMI will speak:

09:15AM- press conference- Presentation of the election day agenda and the project „Let the fair Elections Become a Habbit!- Building Trust in the Integrity of the Electoral Process in Montenegro“; polling stations opening; turnout intersection until 9AM in Podgorica, Golubovci, Šavnik, Žabljak, Bar, Plav, Pljevlja, Rožaje, Danilovgrad, Bijelo Polje and Kolašin, comparative analysis of the turnout intersection in Podgorica with Presidential elections 2018 and Parliamentary elections 2016.

11:15AM- press conference- turnout intersection until 11AM in Podgorica, Golubovci, Šavnik, Žabljak, Bar, Plav, Pljevlja, Rožaje, Danilovgrad, Bijelo Polje and Kolašin, comparative analysis of the turnout intersection in Podgorica with Presidential elections 2018 and Parliamentary elections 2016; and reported irregularities.

13:15PM- press conference- turnout intersection until 13PM in Podgorica, Golubovci, Šavnik, Žabljak, Bar, Plav, Pljevlja, Rožaje, Danilovgrad, Bijelo Polje and Kolašin, comparative analysis of the turnout intersection in Podgorica with Presidential elections 2018 and Parliamentary elections 2016; and reported irregularities.

17:15PM- press conference- turnout intersection until 17PM in Podgorica, Golubovci, Šavnik, Žabljak, Bar, Plav, Pljevlja, Rožaje, Danilovgrad, Bijelo Polje and Kolašin, comparative analysis of the turnout intersection in Podgorica with Presidential elections 2018 and Parliamentary elections 2016; and reported irregularities.

19:15PM- press conference– turnout intersection until 17PM in Podgorica, Golubovci, Šavnik, Žabljak, Bar, Plav, Pljevlja, Rožaje, Danilovgrad, Bijelo Polje and Kolašin, comparative analysis of the turnout intersection in Podgorica with Presidential elections 2018 and Parliamentary elections 2016; and reported irregularities.

Around 20:45PM– press conference- turnout intersection after closure of polling stations in Podgorica, Golubovci, Šavnik, Žabljak, Bar, Plav, Pljevlja, Rožaje, Danilovgrad, Bijelo Polje and Kolašin; comparative analysis of the turnout intersections until 20PM in Podgorica with Presidential elections 2018 and Parliamentary elections 2016; review of the election process regularity based on reported irregularities; preliminary projection of the results.

The speakers will be:

  • Nikoleta ĐUKANOVIĆ, The Head of the Mission;
  • Zlatko VUJOVIĆ, Presideint of the CeMI’s Governing board;
  • Tedora GILIĆ, CeMI’s PR coordinator.

CeMI reminds all media who are following the election day in their headquarters, to refer on the project „Let the Fair Elections Become a Habbit!- Building Trust in the integrity of the Electoral Process in Montenegro“, which is financially supported by German Embassy in Podgorica.

CeMI retains all rights to change the draft of election day agenda. In case of major violation of the electoral process, CeMI will organize out of schedule press conferences, about which the accredited journalist will be informed timely.

For all issues related to CeMI’s activities during the election day, PR Centre team is available and in charge for complete organization of the election day, the journalist accreditations and for informing the public about all of CeMI’s activities during the election day.
