Ivan Vukcevic, MSc

Ivan Vukčević was born on June 1st ,1994 in Podgorica. He graduated from “Slobodan Škerović“ High school and enrolled at University of Montenegro, Faculty of Law in the academic year of 2013/2014.
During bachelor studies he was awarded the Dean’s Award and award of capital city Podgorica “19. december”. He was scholar of Ministry of education and “Konrad Adenauer” association. He finished 1st year of Postgraduate studies Faculty of Law, University of Montenegro, Podgorica, Historical-law study program. He was member of “Student parliament” and “Council of University” at University of Montenegro. In 2017 he enrolled at University of Belgrad, Historical-comparative study program and got his master’s degree in 2019. He is author of scientific work “Judiciary reform as condition for accession of Montenegro to European Union” (publisher Legal Journal) and co-author of two scientific work: “Review of the legal mission of Luj Vojnović in Montenegro” (publisher Matica Crnogorska) and “Drafting a Constitution of Principality of Montenegro” (publisher Legal Journal).
Ivan Vukčević was one of coordinators of rhetoric club – Faculty of law, University of Montenegro which won first place at national debate tournament in 2016 and 2017. He is winner of TV show “We choose leaders” at Atlas TV (2014). He won second place at national monologue tournament where all faculties of law in Montenegro participated (2014).
He wrote book “In front of myself and everybody”. He was editor of the student newspaper “Vox iuris”. He organized poetry evening, lecture of judge, simulation of trials and a few humanitarian actions at the Faculty of law.
He attended number of international seminars on topic of Euro-Atlantic integration in Brussels, Strasbourg, Otzenhausen, Belgrade etc.
He volunteered at the Centre for Monitoring and Research (CeMI). He was monitoring local elections in Ulcinj (2018).
Ivan is fluent in English and intermediate in Russian and German.
