Milica Zrnovic is a cross-functional professional with a track record in project management and operations that encompasses coordination of variety of activities, ranging from conducting research and policy analysis to communication and event management.

In her fruitful career Milica worked as an intern researcher within the Italian National Research Council in Rome, Italy; consultant within the Administrative Court of Montenegro; as well as a project researcher and national expert/consultant within the Council of Europe Programme Office in Podgorica.

Milica holds a Master's degree in International Relations from University of Bologna, Italy and Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Relations and European Studies from University of Bari, Italy.
