Miloš Vukanović is the Head of the public policy research department at CEMI. He graduated history at the Faculty of Philosophy and received a master's degree in international relations at the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Montenegro. He completed his post-graduate studies at the European College of the University of Jena in Germany and trained in several European countries from the area of transition and development of post-conflict societies. He participated in several international initiatives that carried out activities and research in the region, Central Europe, and the Caucasus. He is an assistant at the Faculty of Humanities at the University of "Donja Gorica" . He has over a decade of experience in carrying out activities from area off post-conflict education, transitional justice, and political memory. He is the author, co-author, and editor of several editions, publications, research, and professional articles.
