Teodora Gilić

Teodora Gilić has completed the undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Political Science in Podgorica, as a student of international relation in June 2014. She graduated from Politology in October 2015. During the fourth year of studies, she had volunteered at the Centre for Monitoring and Research (CeMI). She had been working at the Atlantic Council of Montenegro from January to November, 2016 (www.ascg.me ). Teodora is currently a MSc student of Humanities, Department of Communication and Media.

In the period from March 2017 to September 2018, she had been working as a PR coordinator at CeMI. She had been working as the Head of the Finance and Public Relations Department in the period from September 2018 to August 2020.

From August 2020, she holds the position of program director of the Centre for Monitoring and Research CeMI.

Starting by November 2018, Teodora was a member of the Core Team in five election monitoring missions of ENEMO (2018 Aremenian Parliamentary Elections, 2019 Ukrainian Presidential Elections, 2019 Ukrainian Parliamentary elections, 2020 Serbian Parliamentary Elections, 2020 Ukrainian Local Elections, 2021 Moldovan Parliamentary Elections.)

Teodora was a member of the Core Team for Monitoring Elections of the CeMI for the 2018 Presidential Elections, the 2018 Local Elections and the 2020 Parliamentary Elections, and the 2021 Local Elections in Nikšić.

She is a co-author of CeMI's final reports on the 2018 Presidential Election, the 2018 Local Elections, the 2020 Parliamentary Elections and the 2021 Local Elections, in which she covered sections on media, social media and communications.

During her work engagement, she has attended several trainings related to the financial implementation of EU projects, training for long-term observers, as well as training on comparative research projects, comparative research techniques, qualitative comparative analysis (QCA techniques). She has attended and actively participated in a large number of conferences and seminars.
