The theoretical explanation of the mechanisms of homophobia and transphobia is one of the topics of the second day of training for judges and prosecutors on the topic "Sensitive treatment of LGBTIQ persons in court proceedings", which was held in Budva.

During the second day of the training, cases of discrimination and violence against LGBTIQ persons in the previous period (including the first half of 2020) were presented.

The lecturers were Danijel Kalezic, Head of the Governing Board of Queer Montenegro and Jovan Dzoli Ulicevic, CEO of Spektra Association.

The training was held within the project "Equality of LGBTIQ persons before the law - Improvement of the rights of LGBTIQ persons in court proceedings" implemented by CeMI and financed by the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights of Montenegro.
