Contribution to the Protection of the Rights of Minority People in Judicial Proceedings
The project "Contribution to the Protection of the Rights of Minority People in Judicial Proceedings" contributes to the improvement of the transparency and responsibility of the judicial system towards minority people and minority national communities by systematic monitoring and analysis of trials.
The clearly defined goals are, above all, the contribution to the protection and realization of the rights of minority people and other minority national communities.
The implementation of a series of activities is planned, the result of which will be an analysis of the respect for the rights of minority peoples and other minority national communities, raising the awareness of minority people and other minority national communities about their rights in society, and improving the rights of minority people and other minority national communities in court proceedings.
The project is implemented by the Centre for Monitoring and Research CeMI, with the financial support from the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights.
