We successfully organized a three-day seminar on the topic of 'Implementation of the Law on Free of Access to Information', which took place at the Bianca Resort & Spa in Kolasin from May 10th to 12th. The seminar brought together experts, practitioners, and interested citizens to discuss the key challenges in implementing this law.
The instructors at the seminar were lawyer Milena Nikezic and civil activist Dina Bajramspahic. Over the course of three days, participants had the opportunity to discuss the main challenges in implementing the Law, as well as abuses from the perspective of information users and authorities handling requests for free access to information.
The seminar concluded with a discussion on planned amendments to the Law, as well as potential solutions to common problems encountered by officials.
The seminar was organized as part of the project ‘PROSPECTA: Promoting Openness and Creating Access for Efficient and Transparent Administration,’ financially supported by the Ministry of Public Administration.
