The Law on Prevention of Corruption, adopted in December of 2014, came into force on January 1st, 2016, marking the commencement of operations for the Agency for Prevention of Corruption, established by this legislation. Even prior to its operational launch, the Agency encountered numerous challenges. This concise proposal for practical policy aims to evaluate the legislative framework governing the Agency's operations, assess its available resources, and analyze the initial performance of its bodies during the first two months. Additionally, it seeks to identify solutions for addressing emerging issues and overcoming obstacles to ensure the Agency operates with maximum effectiveness.
