During the election day, April 2, 2023, six regular press conferences will be held in the PR Center at which CeMI will publish information on the voter turnout in the second round of the presidential elections, possible irregularities, comparative analysis with the turnout in the previous elections and at the end of the election day to announce the preliminary results of the second round of presidential elections.
Regular press conferences will be held at 9:15 a.m., 11:15 a.m., 1:15 p.m., 3:15 p.m., 5:15 p.m. and 7:15 p.m., and the projections of the preliminary results of the second round of the presidential elections will be announced at the press conference immediately after data processing (we estimate around 8:30 p.m.).
What is new in relation to the first round of elections is that, in addition to data on turnout at the state level and by region, CeMI will also present data on how citizens voted in four municipalities - Podgorica, Niksic, Bar and Bijelo Polje.
