For the professional performance of their task, all selected CeMI observers have the right to:

- Certificates / Certificates of participation in monitoring the election process 2020 as volunteers;

- Medical equipment as protection against possible infection with the coronavirus, due to the current epidemiological situation in Montenegro;

- Accreditation by the State Election Commission;

- Free training on the voting procedure and the basics of the electoral legislation of Montenegro;

- The possibility of observing future elections in other countries as well

- Payment

The Centre for Monitoring and Research - CeMI has been organizing civil monitoring of elections in Montenegro and abroad for more than 20 years.
