According to the data of the Center for Monitoring and Research (CeMI), based on 32 percent of the processed sample at the presidential elections in Montenegro, the candidate Milo Djukanovic won 39.4 percent of votes and Mr. Jakov Milatovic won 60.6 percent.

 At 20:20 h, after the sample became stabile, CeMi enabled the citizens to monitor the filling up of the sample on the website www.izbori.cemi.org.me, as well as via the application ferizbori.me.
