The call is announced in partnership with the Center for Democracy and Human Rights (CEDEM) within the project “Judicial Reform: Upgrading CSO's capacities to contribute to the integrity of judiciary”, financed by the European Union, through the IPA programme.

The projects will be implemented with the goal of supporting the current reform of the judiciary in Montenegro by increasing the participation of the civil sector in monitoring trials and/or the process of creating policies so as to improve the level of professionalism and integrity in the judiciary.
