CeMI organized training on fifth Strategic Planning, in Žabljak, in the period 25th – 27th of June.

The training was organized for six CeMI’s employees and it was lectured by external consultant, Boško Nenezić.

The aim of the training was to evaluate results achieved from the previous strategic plan, to set objectives CeMI should achieve in order to improve its capacities and visibility in the country, region and abroad. CeMI’s staff discussed current position of CeMI and proposed new activities for the further period with aim to strengthen CeMI’s capacities.

It was agreed to prepare Strategic Plan 2018 -2020 including its annexes: Communication strategy, Fundraising plan and Human Resource Plan, which will be defined by the end of 2017.
