Within the project "Access to justice and human rights in Montenegro - trial monitoring project 2021-2023", financed by the European Union, through the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR) program and the Ministry of Public Administration, are announcing
AN OPEN CALL
for awarding small grants to registered and unregistered civil society organizations and non-governmental organizations in Montenegro in order to support the achievement of a higher level of respect for human rights in Montenegro.
Project proposals worth up to EUR 10,000 can be submitted until Saturday, September 10, 2022 (11:59 p.m.). The total budget for the distribution of funds amounts to EUR 30,000. The projects will be implemented in order to promote and support a higher level of respect for human rights in Montenegro, by increasing the degree of participation of civil society organizations and human rights defenders in the process of monitoring and/or creating practical public policies, which will improve the level of professionalism and integrity of the judiciary in providing equal access to justice.
Registered and unregistered civil society organizations and non-governmental organizations have the right to participate in this competition.
Applicants are required to submit a completed application package, which consists of:
· application form;
· budget proposal;
· logic frame matrix.
In addition to the completed forms, applicants are required to submit the following supporting documents: a copy of the organization's statutes, a copy of the registration certificate and a financial report for the previous year 2021.

CONTEST CORRIGENDUM
for awarding small grants to registered and unregistered civil society organizations and non-governmental organizations in Montenegro in order to support the achievement of a higher level of respect for human rights in Montenegro.
As part of the competition for awarding small grants to non-governmental organizations with the aim of supporting the achievement of a higher level of respect for human rights in Montenegro, with a focus on judicial reform, which was announced by the Center for Monitoring and Research (CeMI) in partnership with the NGO Human Rights Action (HRA) text is changed as follows:
In the 4th part of the Guide "Competition Rules", the following is added:
· Organizations that are grant beneficiaries as lead applicants or partners within the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights for Montenegro 2020 (EIDHR) program do not have the right to participate in this competition.
In part 4.1. of the Guide the following is changed:
· the form of the budget form and adds a new one, which is an integral part of this Corrigendum - Annex II Budget.
