The Centre for Monitoring and Research (CeMI) has prepared an e-brochure within the Pilot Project, which aims to inform the Montenegrin citizens about the risks that exist in the digital space during election campaigns, as well as how to protect their rights and freedoms on the Internet.

Given all the challenges posed by the development of digital technologies and the popularity and impact of social networks on shaping public opinion, as well as the fact that due to the specific situation caused by COVID-19 the political campaign is predominantly online, the Pilot Project is primarily implemented to protect voters and their right to informed and free choice.
