The app was developed within the project ‘’For healthier health care!’’, started by Center for monitoring and research (CeMI) and which is supported through the program ‘’OCD in Montenegro – from basic services to shaping of politics – M’BASE’’ which are carried out by the Center for Civic Education (CCE), Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES), the Center for Protection and the Study of Birds in Montenegro (CPSB) and the Politikon network. The project is funded by the European Union, and co-funded by the Ministry of Public Administration.
