Kick-off meeting of the project "Be prepared for EU values" was held on Tuesday 2nd of February 2016 in PR Center in Podgorica.

The project implemented by the Center for Monitoring and Research CeMI in cooperation with its partners the University of Donja Gorica, Art Communications infection from Podgorica, the Center for International Studies and the Croatian Center for European Perspective from Slovenia.

Representatives of the partner organizations where agreed on the dynamics of the project with the envisaged activities.

The first phase of the project focuses on strengthening awareness of the challenges of developing the youth population in the EU and exchange of experience with Montenegro through the organization of annual workshops, summer schools and meetings with stakeholders.

The second phase envisages the exchange of best practices from the EU countries through the implementation of study visits to Croatia and Slovenia.

Sustainability will be best achieved through the establishment of a network of young people and stakeholders at the national level, creating a web site project promotion through the media and social networks and the establishment of online learning platforms.

Coordination of the project is provided twice a year on the project meetings, as well as three times a year at the national level.

The partners are in the final discussions, agreed on ways of organizing the upcoming activities that are primarily related to the first meeting with the decision makers, the first workshop as well as the first international summer school.
