Predstavnici CeMI-ja prisustvuju kontroli AFIS-a

At the Centre for Security Podgorica AFIS (Automated Fingerprint Identification System) control is being done, which determines if there are double registered voters, and if there are, what their number is.

The control is being attended by three representatives of the Centre for Monitoring and Research, for whom this is one of the activities within the project “Electoral Integrity in Montenegro - Winning Citizens' Trust – Presidential elections 2018”.

The control, besides the representatives of CeMI, is attended by Tatjana Drobnjak, head of Service for Informational Technology, Milanka Bakovic, Director general of the Directorate for citizens’ state and personal identification, the officials of the beforementioned organs of state, as well as representatives of the international organization ODIHR (Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights) and the domestic NGO CDT (Center for Democratic Transition).

CeMI’s observers will attend the control until its ending.
