The goal of research among the general community is a deeper understanding of the attitudes, perceptions and experiences of the general population in relation to the transparency of public administration and the application of the Law on Free Access to Information (FOIA). The research among the general community aims to see how familiar citizens are with their rights to access information, how they perceive the current state of transparency and to what extent they use available resources and services.
The planned research was carried out on a sample of 1000 respondents, using the CAPI method, on a representative sample of adult citizens of Montenegro.
