As part of the project "Strengthening Capacity in Representation and Preparation of Public Policies of the Coalition of NGOs in the Fight Against Poverty and Social Exclusion," implemented by the Monitoring Center - CEMI in collaboration with Juventas and Cazas, a Coalition for Social Change has been established, comprising ten non-governmental organizations from Montenegro. This coalition has put forth recommendations for enhancing policies in the domains of health and social protection, employment, and education, as outlined in the Strategy for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion. Through the implementation of various activities and measures stipulated in this strategy, the objective is to safeguard and enhance the population's health. To achieve this goal, a set of laws and regulations have been enacted, which entail provisions for the prevention and management of chronic non-communicable diseases, including cancer.
