📣As part of the project "PROSPECTA: Promoting Openness and Creating Access for Efficient and Transparent Administration", financially supported by the Ministry of Public Administration, CeMI organized a workshop "Submitting Requests for Free Access to Information" yesterday, in the premises of the small hall of the Bar City Hall.

🔹️Participants had the opportunity in the first part of the workshop to familiarize themselves with the basic terms when it comes to the right to free access to information, such as who are bound by the Law and the applicants, what is the guide and the like. In the second part, they transferred the acquired theoretical knowledge into practice and learned how to exercise their right to free access to information and draft a request.

The personal examples of the participants were also discussed, which further enriched the conversation and enabled a deeper understanding of the challenges they face when submitting applications. This interaction contributed to the exchange of experiences and practical advice that will help them in future procedures.
