President of the Governing Board of Centre for Monitoring and Research Mr Zlatko Vujovic and Minister of Health MR Miodrag Radunovic have signed the Memorandum of Cooperation between Centre for Monitoring and Research CeMI and Ministry of Health of Montenegro, on Friday, November 15, 2013.

The Memorandum predicts cooperation between the Ministry of Health and Centre for Monitoring and Research on the principles of transparency, responsibility and mutual information.

The signatories of this Memorandum will establish regular communication on activities in the field of competences of the Ministry of Health, particularly in the area of improving the quality of health care and protection of the patients’ rights, thereby preventing corruption in the health care system.

The Memorandum was created as an expression of understanding and agreement of the signatories that for improvement of the quality of health care and prevention of corruption is necessary an active involvement, as well as direct communication and cooperation between civil society and relevant institutions.
