The Center for Civic Freedoms (NGO CEGAS) conducted a study on the status of court experts and the practice of judicial expertise in Montenegro for the year 2023, within the framework of the project “Support to Montenegro’s EU Integration – For an Independent and Professional Judiciary as a Key Precondition!”. The project is implemented in partnership with the Center for Investigative Journalism of Montenegro (CIN CG) and the Centre for Monitoring and Research (CEMI).
