Conducted by the research team of the Public Policy Research Department at CeMI, this report stands as the primary outcome of the project "Strengthening integrity, transparency, and responsibility in the defense sector." This project was executed by the Centre for Monitoring and Research from December 1, 2014, to February 28, 2015, with financial backing from the Embassy of Canada in Belgrade through the Canada Fund program. Its overarching objective is to combat corruption while fortifying the integrity, responsibility, and transparency of state institutions operating within the defense sector.
