CeMI participated in the CSO Fair held on June 6, 2024, at Independence Square in Podgorica. The message of the fair was that human rights and their respect require everyday commitment.
At the fair, 15 civil society organizations from different cities presented their work, focusing on the protection of all vulnerable groups, including persons with disabilities, Roma and Egyptians, youth, women, LGBTIQ+ persons, and others.
Citizens had the opportunity to learn more about the work of these 15 organizations through promotional materials, brochures, publications, and direct conversations.
This activity was funded by the Delegation of the European Union through the program European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights for Montenegro 2022 (EIDHR), and co-funded by the Ministry of Public Administration. It is implemented by the NGO Juventas in cooperation with Help Montenegro, the Center for Monitoring and Research (CeMI), Queer Montenegro, and the Open Centre Bona Fide, within the project “ON TIME - Support for Human Rights Defenders and CSOs in the Promotion of Human Rights and the Development of Democratic Political Culture.”
