CeMI participated in the third NGO Fair, which was held at Vladimir and Kosara Square in Bar, on April 11, 2025.

In local communities, where information about human rights and the services that protect them is often less accessible, NGO fairs become a crucial bridge between citizens and their rights, providing opportunities for direct connection, education, and support to those who need it most. On such occasions, space is created for direct communication with citizens from different parts of Montenegro, where they can learn more about topics of interest through promotional materials, brochures, publications, and conversations.

This activity was carried out within the framework of the project "ON TIME - Support for Human Rights Defenders and CSOs in the Promotion of Human Rights and the Development of Democratic Political Culture" , funded by the Delegation of the European Union through the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights for Montenegro 2022 (EIDHR), and co-financed by the Ministry of Public Administration. The project is implemented by NGO Juventas in cooperation with Help Montenegro, the Centre for Monitoring and Research (CeMI), Queer Montenegro, and the Open Centre Bona Fide.
