The Center for Monitoring and Research (CeMI) successfully organized a three-day training on the topic of "Project and Financial Management," which was held on April 17, 18, and 19 at Hotel Bianca in Kolasin.

The aim of the training was to equip participants with the skills for efficient project management and financial resource management, with assistance from experienced lecturer Goran Djurovic.

The training covered key aspects of project management, such as project implementation planning, development of monitoring and evaluation plans, financial project management, reporting, and other topics essential for successful project cycle management.

This training was organized as part of the project "JUST IN TIME - Support for Human Rights Defenders and CSOs in the Field of Human Rights Promotion and Development of Democratic Political Culture," implemented by CeMI in cooperation with NGO Juventas, Help - Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe, Kvir Montenegro, and the Open Center Bona fide, with the support of the European Union Delegation and the Ministry of Public Administration.
