Training to strengthen the capacity of organizations that deal with the protection of the rights of the RE population for advocacy of public policies and influence at the national level

From October 21st to 22nd, a two-day training session entitled "Writing effective proposals for practical policies" was held at the Gacka Hotel in Mojkovac. The training was attended by organizations dealing with the protection of the rights of the RE population.

The lecturer at the training was Mr. Goran Djurovic, the director of the Media Center.

During the first day, the participants had the opportunity to learn about the concept, purpose and types of practical public policy proposals, as well as the process of creating public policies.

The second day of training was dedicated to practical work. Training participants had the opportunity to apply the acquired knowledge by writing practical public policy proposals.


The training was organized as part of the project "On the way to the inclusion of the RE population in the decision-making system in Montenegro" which CeMI is implementing with the financial support from the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights of Montenegro.
