🎥 We present to you a video as part of the project “Step Towards Equality: Proactive Measures for Gender Equality in Montenegro,” implemented in partnership with MASTER and financially supported by the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights.

The video covers key topics such as the use of gender-sensitive language, women in key positions, and the importance of strengthening gender equality within state institutions.

A special focus is on an interview with Ms. Slavica Striković, a gender equality expert and trainer, who shares insights from her expertise and discusses challenges and opportunities for advancing gender equality in Montenegro.

Additionally, the video features interviews with workshop participants, as well as authentic footage from the training sessions, showcasing the process of education and experience exchange on the ground. 🎬🗣️
