This video provides an overview of current reforms in the area of political party and election campaign financing in Montenegro, with a special focus on alignment with international standards and recommendations. Through an analysis of the legislative framework and research findings, it highlights key challenges in the implementation of regulations, lack of transparency, and the need to strengthen institutional accountability.
