Fourth Public Call for Journalists: Submission of Topic Proposals for Investigative Stories on the Fight Against Corruption in Public Procurement

16. Jan. 2026. in news

The Center for Monitoring and Research (CeMI) invites journalists and investigative journalists to express their interest and submit topic proposals for investigative stories in the field of anti-corruption in public procurement, as part of the activities under the project “Digni glas: za Crnu Goru bez korupcije” (“Raise Your Voice: For a Montenegro Without Corruption”), supported by the INL office of the U.S. Embassy in Podgorica.

The aim of this activity is to highlight key issues in the existing anti-corruption system through the publication of investigative stories that will raise public awareness about the negative consequences of corruption in public procurement. Along with the submission of a proposed investigative story topic, a brief explanation of its relevance must also be provided.

Selected journalists will, after the selection process, receive financial support in the form of a fee for producing the investigative stories.

We invite all interested journalists to submit their topic proposals and express their interest via email at info@cemi.org.me no later than 15 days from the date of this call’s publication.

Note: CeMI will conduct this activity exclusively in cooperation with experienced investigative journalists, adhering to the highest professional and security standards.
