The second title in the series "Elections and parties", study "Political Parties and Party Systems", presnts the systematic analysis of the activities of political parties and functioning of party systems.

The study is result of years of research of Ph.d. Vladimir Goatij, and represents a rich resource for all those who expressed interest in the study of this topic, whether it is directed at the academic or practical purposes.

The study will significantly contribute to increasing the level of knowledge about the work of political parties and the perception of the role that they carry in the process of democratization and democratic consolidation in society such as Montenegro today.
