PUBLIC CALL FOR PARTICIPATION IN JOURNALIST TRAINING
We invite all interested parties to apply for a one-day training session dedicated to improving media reporting on women in public and political life, with a specific focus on identifying and combating gender-based hate speech.

🧩 TRAINING PROGRAM
The training aims to provide participants with practical knowledge and tools for:
Identifying gender-based hate speech in media and online spaces.
Understanding the boundary between freedom of expression and hate speech.
Applying gender-sensitive and ethical reporting practices.
Improving professional standards when reporting on women in public life.
Through interactive work, case study analysis, and practical exercises, participants will have the opportunity to enhance their journalistic skills and their approach to sensitive topics.
👥 WHO CAN APPLY?
The call is open to:
Journalists (male and female).
Students of journalism and media studies.
Editors and other media professionals.
Employees of media outlets and online platforms.
Anyone currently working in or planning to enter the field of journalism and media.

The training will be led by Miodrag Strugar, a communications expert with years of experience in media and communications, and a certified trainer for gender-based hate speech.
