The Centre for Monitoring and Research – CeMI announced that 66.2 % of voters voted by 7:00 PM

66.2 % of voters used their right to vote by 7:00 PM, said Nikoleta Tomovic, the Executive Director of CeMI, at the press conference at 8:00 PM.

The lowest turnout remains in coastal areas, where 61.2 % of voters voted by 7:00 AM, which is similar to the previous elections when it was 60.1 %.

The highest turnout was recorded in the central region, where the turnout was 70.1 % by 7:00 PM which is significantly more than at the previous elections in 2009, when the turnout was 63.2 % as well as in Podgorica where 70.1 % of registered voters used their voting right, which is also significantly higher compared to previous elections when the turnout was 64.3 %. The North region recorded a turnout of 64.6 %, which is similar to the turnout that was recorded in 2009 when it was 64 %.

33.3 percent of voters used their voting right by 1:00 PM, said Nikoleta Tomovic, the Executive Director of CeMI, at the press conference at 2:00 PM.

The lowest turnout was still in the coastal area, where the turnout was 28.9 % by 1:00 PM which is similar to previous elections when it was 26.9 %.

The highest turnout was recorded in the central region, where the turnout was 36.9 % by 1:00 PM, which is significantly more than at previous elections when the turnout was 31.2 %.

Tomovic said that 34.6 % of registered voters used their right to vote by 11:00 AM in Podgorica, which is more than at the previous elections when the turnout was 30.7%.

Northern region recorded a turnout of 33.7 %, which is similar to the turnout that was recorded in 2009, when it was 33.4 %.

The lowest turnout was recorded in the coastal area, where the turnout was 15.5 % by 11:00 AM which is similar to previous elections when it was 15.9 %.

The highest turnout was recorded in the central region, where the turnout was 20.5 % by 11:00 PM, which is similar to previous elections when the turnout was 18.1 %.

Tomovic said that 19.3 % of registered voters used their right to vote by 11:00 AM in Podgorica, which is more than it was at the previous elections when the turnout was 18.4 %.

Northern region recorded a turnout of 18.1 %, which is lower than the turnout which was recorded in 2009, when it was 19.6 %.

5.6 % of voters used their right to vote by 9:00 AM, said Nikoleta Tomovic, the Executive Director of CeMI, at the press conference at 10:00 AM.

The lowest turnout was recorded in the coastal areas where the turnout was 4.5 % by 9:00 AM, which is similar to previous elections when it was 4.6 %.

The highest turnout was recorded in Podgorica, where the turnout was .2 % by 9:00 AM which is similar to the previous elections when the turnout was 6.4 %.

Tomovic said that 6.4 % of registered voters used their voting right by 9:00 AM in the central region which is more than it was at the previous elections when the turnout was 5.4 %.
