Nemanja Stankov earned his PhD in Comparative Politics from Central European University (CEU) in Vienna in May 2023. At CeMI, he holds the position of Head of the Department for Public Policy Research.

He has participated in the creation of numerous academic and applied studies, is a researcher for the Montenegrin National Election Study, has twice served as a methodologist for the European Social Survey in Montenegro (ESS waves 9 and 10), and has been engaged multiple times as an evaluator on projects for the Regional Cooperation Council and IPA II actions implemented under indirect management.
