The Center for Monitoring and Research (CeMI) will organize the annual conference "Effects of the Use of Plea Agreements in the Montenegrin Judiciary" on Monday, the 8th of May, starting at 10:30 AM at the PR Center.
Opening speeches:
· Vesna VUCKOVIC, Acting President of the Supreme Court;
· Bojan BOZOVIC, State Secretary at the Ministry of Justice and member of the Prosecutor's Council;
· Representative of the Delegation of the European Union in Montenegro (TBD);
· Ana NENEZIC, The CEO of CeMI.
The report "Institute of plea agreements in Montenegrin legislation and practice - analysis 2020-2023" will present:
· Marijana LAKOVIC-DRASKOVIC, lawyer;
· Zlatko VUJOVIĆ, President of the Governing Board of CeMI.
As part of the panel: How to improve the use of plea agreements in Montenegro, the following will speak:
