Within the project “Strengthening the institution of the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms in Montenegro”, financed by the European Union and implemented by the Monitoring Center in cooperation with the OSCE Mission in Montenegro, workshop on “Anti-discrimination: experiences and practical challenges” was held on 20th of April 2011. at the PR Center.

Speakers at the workshop were experts of the ODIHR in Warsaw, Ms. Alice Thomas and Mr. Larry Olomoff. During the workshop, representatives of the protector got closer to the ways of application of international standards for the protection of the discrimination, and the possibilities of action which has the Institution of the Ombudsman in this field.
