Svečano uručene diplome polaznicima druge međunarodne škole “Preduzetničke ideje mladih u EU”

Diplomas were ceremoniously awarded to undergraduate students and 12th grade students of Montenegrin high schools who successfully attended international school “Entrepreneurial ideas of youth in the EU” in hotel Princess in Bar.

Second international school “Entrepreneurial ideas of youth in the EU” that was held from 14th to 18th November 2016 in hotel “Princess” in Bar, gathered 60 young people who are ready to improve their knowledge and skills. The school was organized within the project “Be ready for EU values”.

Not only quality and capable young people, but also experts in their fields took part in the School as lecturers, among whom there were Prof. Milan Podunavac, Prof. Ilija Vujacic, Prof. Dragan Djukanovic, Prof. Maja Drakic Grgur, Prof. Dragana Radevic, MSc Branko Boskovic, Prof. Gordana Djurovic, Prof. Nenad Vujadinovic, MSc Marko Nisavic, and Sergej Mulalica.

The aim of the international school is the discussion on examples of the best business practices in the EU, initiatives for the development and promotion of youth entrepreneurship, on good practices and initiatives in the entrepreneurial education of the EU, as well as on possibilities of cooperation of young people from Montenegro with experienced entrepreneurs from the European Union. The school is dedicated to strengthening of skills that youth in Montenegro needs in order to realize their own entrepreneurial ideas.

Within the school, beside classic classes, workshops and panels were organized. Panel “Possibilities of development of entrepreneurial ideas in Montenegro” gathered representatives of Investment-Development Fund, Employment Agency of Montenegro, Directorate for Youth and Sport, and Chamber of Commerce. That panel was thematically followed by the second panel “Young entrepreneurs in Montenegro – examples of successful entrepreneurial ideas of youth in practice” where former students who run successful businesses took part, as good examples from practice. Their participation at the panel includes talk on the experience in implementation of independent business and generally on possibilities of youth in Montenegro to initiate and carry out their entrepreneurial ideas.

The School was organized within the project “Be ready for EU values” that is being carried out by Center for Monitoring and Research CeMI in cooperation with partners: University of Donja Gorica, Art Communications from Podgorica, Centre for international studies from Croatia and Centre for European perspectives from Slovenia. The project is supported by the European Commission within the project Erasmus Plus (Call Capacity Building Youth – Western Balkans).

BREV Project (Be ready for EU values) aims to encourage cooperation and exchange of experiences between youth from Montenegro and EU countries through the promotion of European values among young people in Montenegro.
